Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationJeremy Gans is a Professor, teaching and research all aspects of criminal justice at Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne. He was awarded an Australian Publishing Award for the first edition of Modern Criminal Law of Australia in 2012 and a national citation for outstanding contributions to teaching in 2013 for his teaching of evidence law. His research focuses on rape trials, DNA evidence, human rights, prosecutors and jurors, and he is a regular commentator in the media on criminal law topics (including multiple appearances on The Law Report). He has previously blogged on Victoria's human rights Charter and presently edits Melbourne Law School's High Court blog, Opinions on High.
