Khudayberganov Arslonbek Kalandarovich has graduated from the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature of the Uzbek State University of World Languages in 1995, and in 2004 from the Faculty of Law of Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh. During 1986-1995 He worked at a secondary school, in 1995-2012 - in the Department of Internal Affairs (Internal Affairs Department), In 2014-2022 - in the academic lyceum of the Urgench branch of TUIT as deputy director for working with youth. On September 12, 2022, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Dean for working with youth of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Urgench branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy.
