Overview

Advances in medical and biological technology, the result of collaboration between engineers and medical scientists, are transforming medical care and treatment. Particularly important are developments in computer models and better numerical algorithms, as well as the ability to acquire, analyse, manage and visualise massive amounts of data. In order to facilitate the sharing of information on these advances, the Wessex Institute of Technology organises a biennial conference.
