Vários protocolos de reabilitação têm sido experimentados no tratamento destes doentes, entre os quais a mobilização neuro-meningeal. O objetivo do nosso trabalho foi, portanto, estudar a eficácia desta técnica.O tratamento da nevralgia cervicobraquial através da mobilização neuromeníngea demonstrou ser mais eficaz do que a reabilitação convencional, nomeadamente em termos de dor e psicologia.
