He is a senior member of the IEEE and member of the International Union of Radio Science. Dr. De is the author of more than 60 articles in peer-reviewed international journals, 50 conference papers, two research monographs, and 10 books. His research interests include location and handoff management, mobile cloud computing, traffic forecasting, green mobile networks, and low-power nanodevice designing for mobile applications.
