Prof. Dr. Uwe Schirmer ist Studiengangsleiter BWL-Personalmanagement/Personaldienstleistung (Bachelor) und wissenschaftlicher Leiter des Studiengangs Personalmanagement und Wirtschaftspsychologie (Master) an der DHBW Lörrach und am Center for Advanced Studies der DHBW in Heilbronn. Er ist Dozent für alle personalwirtschaftlichen Themenfelder und für Mitarbeiterführung, Autor zahlreicher Fachpublikationen, Trainer und Berater sowie Leiter des Diagnostik-Beratungs-Centers an der DHBW Lörrach.  Prof. Dr. Sabine Woydt ist Professorin für Personal- und Unternehmensführung an der DHBW in Heilbronn sowie Inhaberin der Sabine Woydt Organisationsentwicklung.
