Author Information

Dr. Tina Nolan, Co-Editor-in-Chief of the JME, is the principal of Tina Nolan Consulting, an education consulting group. She has over 18 years experience working in museums in Chicago including Brookfield Zoo, Lincoln Park Zoo and the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum where she served as Director of Education. Dr. Nolan works nationally and internationally with museums and other not-for-profit educational organizations as an independent education consultant, researcher, guest lecturer, and writer. Cynthia Robinson, Co-Editor-in-Chief of the JME, is the director of museum studies at Tufts University. She spent 25 years working in and with museums, and has extensive experience in developing programs, curricula, and exhibitions, as well as in museum management and administration.
