Overview

Detective Drake Ridgeway has been with the Miami Police Department for 10 years. He works on the missing persons squad and almost always finds his man. He still has 5 cold cases to bring home and won't rest until he does. But he needs to work new cases while he continues his search. The only thing that is more important to him than his job is his husband Lucas and his dog Lucy. They always bring comfort and a smile to his face after a long day of chasing the bad guys. Ridge, as he is called by his friends, is amazed that a great man like Lucas loves him. He is always trying to figure out what he did to deserve Lucas. As soon as Ridge is wrapping up his current case, successfully, the next one walks in the door. A young man reports his boyfriend missing after they have a lovers spat. Before he can investigate that case, another young man is reported missing, then a third. He is now racing the clock; he needs to figure this out before anyone else goes missing. He quickly determines the cases might be related, then a new development causes him to question that assumption. He gets some help from fellow detective, Blake Robbins. Just as the investigation stalls, a Middle Eastern Prince and a newly hired rookie detective provide a much-needed break in the case. Ridge soon finds there is much more going on here than meets the eye. Missing in Miami will keep you guessing until the end.
