Miss Shoog's Spirit

Overview

It was hot and crowed when my Grandmomma and I got to church, and somebody was sitting in her seat. When the usher directed us to the empty seats on the seventh pew my Grandmomma blurted out ""those seats are fine for seein but not for sittin"" That at Miss Shoog is too loud even for the Lord"". I paid no attention to Grandmomma's ways of behaving when it came to Miss Shoog. I believed Miss Shoog was one of God's special people, and that empty space next to her was sent by Him for me.
