Author Information

Pastor Billy R. Long was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. He now resides in Pueblo West, Colorado, where he serves as an Area Director for the International Convention of Faith Ministries. He is the oldest in a family of nine children, seven boys and two girls. He was saved at age 13, called to the ministry at age 14. After high school he enrolled in Bible College, received his Bachelor's degree in Bible & Theology, and then went on to earn his Master's degree in Biblical Studies. He has been in ministry for more than sixty-one years. He and his wife were blessed with fifty-four years of marriage until she went home to Heaven in 2010. Although retired, he ministers at an Assisted Living Center, and is now writing several books. Pastor Long believes, If God can use a 'country boy' like me, take him far beyond his dreams, and use him for His glory - He can do that for you, and more, if you will serve Him with all your heart and be careful to give Him all the glory and credit.
