Overview

As I reflect back on my story as a Christian I did learn a lot as one who grew up in a Baptist Church atmosphere. Ministry, the book, is a compilation of research discussions and documents codified into a single book. In this book, I look at Religious Experience, and Culture. I extract data and provide commentary assessing the following areas: Demographics, Religious Impact, Context, and Organization. The importance of Spiritual Leaders using analytical techniques to conclude or create an understanding of a congregation enables an Organization to plan, prepare and execute ministry effectively. So, as we identify with the Demographics of Churches, in this conversation will only reveal a glimpse of the Church from a Holistic and Comprehensive perspective. The elements to be considered are, the purpose the Black Church Serves, and the doctrine from an African American Baptist perspective. Ultimately the author is dealing with the crux of racial division within the body of the American Baptist Denomination which is influenced by the outer atmospherics of a globalized societal paradigm. Secular ideology promulgates the world was created to be lived and extracted from, however, in the contrary, presented the evidence all creation is interconnected for the sake and sole purpose of worship. The concept of worship is held in the regard as an instinct of Man associated with finding basic need. These activities are associated with the conceptuality of the spirituality of religion. Worship is defined as the feeling or expression of reverence and adoration for Deity.

Rev Larry Carlos Coppins is a born again Christian, man of God who stands for the cause of Christ - He resides in Clarksville, TN with his family. He is a member and Associate Minister of Concord Missionary Baptist Church. He accepted his call to the ministry in November 2013 at Concord Missionary Baptist Church under the Pastoral ship of Rev Delbert R. Brown. Rev Coppins is a Native of Fayetteville, North Carolina raised there by his Mother, Rev. Audrey Coppins. He is married to the former Lachele Renee Chisholm also of Fayetteville, NC. The couple have three children Myles, Carlyle and Camille; ages 16, 15 and 4. He is a Retired US Army Soldier having proudly served in Afghanistan and Iraq for multiple tours. He is a Candidate for the Masters of Divinity degree, at Morehouse School of Religion, at the Interdenominational Theological Center located in Atlanta, GA; he holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, a Masters of Business Administration in Management from the University of Mary and a Military Science degree in Strategy from the United States Army's Command General Staff College. My ministry is the expansion of the Church for the Cause of Christ - with the prayerful development of the downtrodden and Winning Souls for the Cause of Christ. His ministry approach is ministering and exposing the unaware and reintroducing the aware to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
