Author Information

Barbara Zirkelbach lives on the beautiful North Coast of California. She has spent a lifetime honing her sales techniques and helping people. This book is the culmination of 18 years of hard work and Barbara is grateful to all of the readers who enjoy the book and all of the customers who helped her realize that retail sales jobs are, at the end of the day, about helping people. Adolfo Soberanis has spent over 30 years meditating and learning to understand compassionate living. He resides in Northern California with his daughters and dogs, hamsters, and other pets. He enjoys writing, drawing, woodworking, and teaching. Adolfo was homeless at 15 and worked to put himself through high school and then college. He's multicultural, bilingual, and understands that our perspectives change situations. We can transform most situations from full of suffering to full of wonderment. Adolfo tends to live in wonderment with episodes of sadness, euphoria, and every other human emotion. Words and images are his mediums. He is grateful to have people, animals, and plants in life. He is, above all, grateful to be able to give and share with others.
