Overview

Age range 3+ Milly the cow munches grass with her friends, drinks gallons of water, makes cow pats in the field, and visits the milking parlour with her farmer. Milly's milk is then put into cartons and made into butter, cheese and yoghurt. There is a simple quiz at the back and some further information about cows and milk. Deborah Chancellor has written over a hundred books for children, from toddlers to teenagers, and been shortlisted for the Little Rebels Award. She lives with her family in Saffron Walden, Essex.
