From Ohio, USA, Gina McKnight is an author of children's literature (The Blackberry Patch, 2009; Trail Ride to Snake Hollow, 2017 Monday Creek Publishing; Nawaab: The Great Quake, 2017, Banyan Publishing, India), with endorsements from the Ohio Quarter Horse Association, WHOA (Water, Hay, Oats Alliance), Outdoor Writers of Ohio, and the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio.
