With an academic career beginning in New Zealand in 2014 and continuing in Australia from 2019, Dr Ngocha-Chaderopa has built a reputation for thought leadership in workforce development, migrant wellbeing, and organisational capability. Her government experience spans senior roles at the NSW Government Land and Housing Corporation, NSW Treasury, and the Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, where she contributed to major policy initiatives and regulatory reform. As a researcher, Dr Ngocha-Chaderopa focuses on wellbeing, human resource practices, and the experiences of migrant care workers.
