Overview

The best things in life are those we don't plan. After years on the move, Imogen Finnegan is ready to put down roots. She's purchased an old shop in the quaint village of Broclington so she can open a holistic therapy business. Kim Macpearson wants a spark to shake up her life. She's returned to Broclington to work at her brother's veterinary practice while she decides on her next move. But when Imogen, the spirited and unconventional newcomer walks into the vet's everything changes. Drawn together by an undeniable chemistry, an unlikely friendship blossoms into a deeper connection. With a rare midnight rainbow casting magic over the village, Kim and Imogen discover that sometimes the most beautiful journeys begin when you least expect them. And home isn't just a place, but a person who sees the real you. Author Information

Ella is one of those people who is addicted to the written word. She's been obsessed with books since before she could walk, and has wanted to be a writer since she realised that was actually a job. She grew up in the outskirts of London, where fairies lived at the bottom of her grandma's garden, so it isn't surprising that she still looks for magic in everyday life - and often finds it. When she's not living in a fantasy world of her own creation, she writes bids and develops programmes for children's services, and lives in rural Warwickshire (where there are probably more fairies). She shares her house with her husband who continues to make her gallons of tea and read her books almost as fast as she writes them, and their small parrot who likes to chase her fingers as she types and has almost certainly been trained not to remove any more computer keys. Hopefully. If you've enjoyed this book (hopefully you have if you're still reading!), please spend a couple of minutes to leave a review and tell your friends about Healing Hearts in the Little Village, and Broclington in general - it's one of the best ways for new authors to meet readers.
