FX Holden is a pen name of former Australian intelligence officer and journalist, Tim Slee. In 2017 he won the Grand Prize in the US Publishers Weekly BookLife Prize in Fiction. In 2018 he received the Banjo Prize for Australian Fiction and his novel, Taking Tom Murray Home, was published in the US and UK in 2022. He has been awarded two Publishers Weekly Stars, the US Readers' Favorite award for Best Political Thriller in 2019 (Okinawa) and 2021 (Kobani), and the Book Excellence Award for Best Military Fiction (DMZ) 2023. Gary Bennett is a SAG-AFTRA audiobook narrator. He was born and raised in California and then in Bozeman, Montana, and is the oldest of four children. He now calls the greater Seattle area his home, and he's a huge fan of the Seattle Seahawks. Gary has always been passionate about not just telling a story, but telling it well.
