OverviewForschungsarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Pflegemanagement / Sozialmanagement, Note: 1, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: The concept of 24h-care contains many controversial aspects. Is it really possible to incorporate this into a Care-Theory? Does it represent a basic nursing issue? Yes, it does. We, the graduated staff for health care and sick-nursing is responsible for it. This includes also the responsibility for quality as well as quality assurance in the profession. We delegate, control and with that we inherently carry the responsibility. In order to actively play this role we need a solid framework of rules and criteria which do specify the details regarding the tasks to be performed during a 24h-care period cycle. This is the point to connect with the theory. The point is to establish a basic list of criteria to lay down the needs of a client during the 24h care cycle whilst maintaining the demanded nursing quality over time. Equally the theory shall describe the relations between all involved people and their roles. This is required to provide a clear framework for interaction. A regulation about roles, responsibilities and relations shall enable quality controlled, friction-free processes at a measurable level. At the same time the theory will also need to address the legal perspective.
