Michael has taught Reporting Services classes and presented SQL Server related topics during various events, including MSDN, SQL Server PASS and SQL Server User Group events. Jim Joseph is a manager at Continental Airlines, Inc. He currently functions as a SQL Server DBA within the Financial Systems Group with Continental Technology.
