Scott is an MCSE, an MCT, an MCSA, and a long-time Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP). He is a coauthor of the forthcoming book, Exchange 2003 Resource Kit (Microsoft Press), and was the lead author for Exchange 2000 Server: The Complete Reference (McGraw-Hill Osborne Media, 2001).
