Author Information

Dr. Zongjie (Daniel) Wang is a Group Leader at the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub Network and an affiliated member of Northwestern University. His research focuses on the development and application of microfluidic systems for next-generation precision medicine, including high-throughput platforms for cell analysis and their integration into cancer immunotherapy and biomolecular screening. Dr. Wang has co-authored over 50 peer-reviewed articles, which have collectively received more than 5,000 citations. His pioneering work and perspectives have been published in leading journal, and he is the recipient of numerous honors, including the UBC Young Alumni Achievement Award, the ISAC President’s Award for Excellence, the Dimitris N. Chorafas Foundation Prize, and the Extraordinary Potential Award from the China Scholarship Council. Dr. Wang is also a co-founder of CTRL Therapeutics, a startup advancing microfluidic cell-sorting technologies for cancer immunotherapy.
