OverviewIn recent years, Titanium and Graphene derivatives have attracted more attention in different fields due to their promising properties such as large surface area, high mechanical strength, high electron mobility and electron conductivity. The biosynthesis of nanomaterials using a microbial population has been of noteworthy interest to researchers owing to its easy handling procedure, eco-friendly disposal, and much easier downstream processing. The present book describes a microbial synthetic of titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanosheets using Lonar Lake isolated fungi Aspergillus eucalypticola SLF1 as well as Bacillus cabrialesii RIRD-SK bacteria at ambient conditions respectively. The spherical, thin sheets, porous nanostructured and wide surface area of TiO2 and rGO nanomaterials help its use in antibacterial, antioxidant, anticancer, photocatalyst, glucose sensing, energy conversion and supercapacitor applications. This research highlighted crucial role of the microorganism for green synthesis of TiO2 and rGO nanomaterial for multidisciplinary applications. The results presented herein will be useful for scientific community.
