She finished her Masters in Business Management with emphasis on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at University of Los Andes in Colombia. She was the leader in Colombia of the EU project SWITCH and added the dimension of social inclusion through her PhD thesis work. She has created the NGO INPRESC standing for Inclusion, prevention and solving conflicts, aiming at supporting marginalized communities become sustainable.
