MHC Interactive: Pre-GED is designed around the current GED Test. With over 140 lessons, students have more than 100 hours of instruction and assessment delivered in GED format. Developed at a 5 - 8 reading level, students work through the five GED subject areas by taking pretests, studying within interactive lessons, assessing themselves with lesson quizzes and unit tests, and measuring improvement by taking a posttest. The management system keeps track of student progress and developed detailed study plans. Instructors can privately access student information quickly without waiting for materials to be scored. The U.S. and World History Timelines depict history in a linear fashion with text, audio, and video clips from top news organizations such as CNN.
