Dmitry Glukhovsky es licenciado en Periodismo y Relaciones Exteriores por Universidad Hebrea de Jerusalem. En la actualidad, trabaja como free-lance para Russia Today's. Participó como corresponsal en la expedición rusa al Polo. Entre los éxitos de su carrera cabe destacar su retransmisión minuto a minuto de la muerte de el presidente yugoslavo Slobodan Milosevic, y el seguimiento de las elecciones al parlamento Ucraniano en Marzo de 2006. También ha escrito a cerca de la crisis del gas en Moscú y de las consecuencias sobre Europa en el invierno de 2005. En 2007 ganó el Encouragement Award of the European Science Fiction Society del prestigioso concurso EuroCon en Copenhague por Metro 2033. Además de ruso, también habla inglés, francés, alemán, hebreo y español. Dmitry Glukhovsky holds a degree in Journalism and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Currently, he works as a freelancer for Russia Today. He participated as a correspondent in the Russian expedition to the Pole. Among the highlights of his career are his minute-by-minute coverage of the death of Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic and his coverage of the Ukrainian parliamentary elections in March 2006. He has also written about the gas crisis in Moscow and its impact on Europe in the winter of 2005. In 2007, he won the Encouragement Award of the European Science Fiction Society at the prestigious EuroCon competition in Copenhagen for Metro 2033. In addition to Russian, he also speaks English, French, German, Hebrew, and Spanish.
