Reviews

Although the material discussed appears to be fairly technical, it is presented with care and many supportive details. The book features plenty of figures and illustrations and is inviting to advanced graduate students and non-expert mathematicians in the field. The many detailed references to earlier and related work make the book an attractive reference tool beyond the actual scope of the presentation. - Thomas Hagen, Mathematical Reviews, May 2017
