English summary: The diffusion of consumer technology and the transformation that took place in the world of everyday objects has radically altered our relationship with the objects themselves and made them indispensable to the life of every individual. This publication aims to analyze the Italian fashion system as an example of an industry that applies its ""saper fare"" (know-how) to the latest technology. In order for the product designed and made in Italy to be adjusted to the new dynamics of competitiveness, the contributors to this volume propose a survey in which technology is an integral part of implementation and support of the product, at the service of saper fare, which results in a humanized technology.
