ENTER THE POETIC DIMENSION OF INNER SPACE At the age of 18 Bruce Robert Travis began to slowly wake up to the spiritual side of his higher self. In 1966 he received the first of many messages that were designed to consciously wake him up and be aware in his quest for the discovery of his true self. These messages are in the form of poetry and song. As the years passed he was led mysteriously into the spiritual realm of his inner space. Every message he received was another revelation to raise his consciousness and soul vibration to a higher spiritual vibratory frequency. Bruce's poetry chronicles this awakening process. Messiah For Hire-Poems From Inner Space 1966-1982 is meant to be read alongside I AM BACK-How A Soul Reincarnates which is an autobiographical work on how Bruce figured out the enigma of the reincarnating soul and his past life as Jesus. In 1969 Bruce began his study of metaphysics, Chinese philosophy and mysticism with the I Ching Book of Oracle. By 1972 he was studying qabala, reincarnation and past lives. He had a strong intuitive sense and knowing that he was the reincarnation of the soul of Jesus. In 1973 Bruce had a profound spiritual confirmation of this past life and in 1974 he embarked on an intense study of astrology and numerology. By 1975 he was studying biblical prophecy and the Old and New Testaments. He was Jewish by blood but had no affiliation with Judaism or the Jewish faith. He was raised a Unitarian. In the 1980's and 1990's Bruce studied all facets of quantum physics in order to have a better world view from the lens of science. This gave him a profound understanding of the makeup of the universe. In 2008 Bruce began the study of Sidereal Astrology. Bruce was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 2, 1948. He has lived in Maui, Hawaii with his wife since 1979. He has a 28 year old daughter who was born on Maui.
