Merpy owns Merpy's Pie Bakery and bakes every flavor pie from A to Z that he can imagine. He also happens to be a cat! Sometimes his pie flavors are off the wall or just plain gross! Merpy and his patrons are based on real life rescue pets, but their names may have been changed to protect their identities. Merpy's Pies helps teach letters and numbers in a fun and humorous way by using a pie flavor for each letter in the Alphabet. Each pie is represented by the letter it starts with and that letter's number placement in the Alphabet. Merpy's Pies is fun and entertaining for all ages, not just new readers!
