Overview

Mark Ingersol who keeps a diary and is able to converse in mental telepathy with another who can converse in mental telepathy, is separated from his wife, Sandra, as she had a heart transplant and has undergone massive personality changes and Mark is a stock broker who has been fired from his company for drinking too much. Shortly after his marriage had come apart, he had fallen in love with Lauren Morgan, also a stock broker able to converse in mental telepathy, and they got to living together in her apartment with both drinking too much. They have terrible arguments and Lauren calls police for help. As a result mark is sent to Rikers Island prison for 20 days. Mark leaves prison, stops drinking and begins attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, and still pursues Lauren despite another man entering her life. Will Mark manage to get his life back together with the help of the tides of fate?

Born in Montreal, Canada. Did a lot of swimming when he was young, winning the 1 mile open swimming race on 1940. Graduated from Kingston Collegiate. Was in the Canadian Army for 6 years in World War II. While on the way to England during the battle of Britain a ship he was on with 1000 soldiers was torpedoed causing the deaths of 75% of all on board. He served in Ireland, England, Wales, Scotland, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Sicily, Italy, France, Belgium, Holland, and Germany. After getting out of the army he moved to and lived in New York city for 50 years in which he was a Controller at an Architectural firm for 18 years and with Tectonic Environment for 19 years. Having acquired the writing bug he turned his hand to writing and moved to Glens Falls, N.Y. where he continued to work on a book of his days in WWII and Mental Telepathy Affair Diary.
