This book was written purposefully to demonstrate that Jesus is alive and powerful to help the reader through mental and spiritual struggles. This is illustrated through the examples of crisis in others' lives and how they overcame their struggles to be victorious. It is only after the reader allows the Holy Spirit to renew their mind, seek forgiveness and find a new awareness will they find real freedom. To dress up, show up for Bible Study and Sunday Service becomes more of a ritual than improving a broken spirit. Then, there are others who seldom or never attend church or have no church home who walk around in a hopeless state, unaware of how to connect with their spiritual self to regain mental health. It is a very lonely state when you are alone against the arsenal of Satan.
