Diversity is God's idea--and unity is how we honor God. Our heavenly Father calls us to unite, but Christians remain some of the most divided people on the planet. Skot Welch is the founder of Global Bridgebuilders, a firm focusing on organizational development, cultural transformation, and inclusion. Working with organizations ranging from churches to Fortune 500 companies, Welch leads the Global Bridgebuilders team in transforming enterprises by capturing the advantages present in every diverse workforce. Welch is the former vice president of DiversityInc magazine, the author or coauthor of several books, founder of the Mosaic Film Experience, and former cohost of Radio in Black and White. He and his wife Barbara have two children and live in Michigan.
