Today, in the world of gay hard-sex it is almost impossible to separate the consumption of chems (drugs) from the sexual practices themselves. Indeed, the phenomenon of drug-fuelled sex parties is currently described as chemsex. This is the subject of this book. When the author first came across the use of drugs with sex, the drugs were taken to facilitate relaxation with one's partner(s) after intense bouts of hard-sex. Today, however, Tina is queen and chemsex will inevitably become chems, without any mention of sex; as it is the sex that disappears as the chems become more plentiful and prominent. The world of chemsex is a place where men mistakenly expect instant sexual gratification, and where manliness or maleness has become reduced to one's ability to take as much as possible of another man's forearm up your arse, and to being able to inject yourself with prodigious quantities of narcotics. This is all very sad as chems have taken a lot of the fun out of sex; with Tina being the curse of the fisting classes.
