Born in London, the author grew up in West Sussex. She loves people, animals and her family. She had happy, loving and supportive parents, and her friends were very important to her. Growing up, family pets included dogs, cats, guinea-pigs, rabbits and mice, and at the age of 12 - her first pony. Schooling was never destined to lead to academic victory but she made fabulous friends and to her delight some have written in the 'Memories' series. Nearing her 18th birthday, with dismal A-level results on the near horizon, she persuaded her poor long suffering parents that she would do better working in London and with heavy hearts they agreed. London in the 70´s was fabulous and gave her the independence she wanted, more friends and live music, lots of live music! Life was good! Some years later a job offer in Spain came up and her love affair with Spain began; the people, the culture, the language, the weather! She has 3 children and 2 grandchildren and looks back on each part of her life as a wonderful experience! When covid struck at the beginning of 2020 she decided to move back to the UK until the dust settled and as she witnessed the divide that was spreading globally between people with different views and beliefs she was inspired to write the 'Memories Of Lockdown' series, followed by this book - the 4th book in the 'Memories' series. The aim of these books is to continue helping people understand each other and to accept that ""we don’t all see things the same way."" She remains eternally optimistic for a bright future!
