OverviewMelodies for Enduring the World is a searing bilingual (Farsi-English) poetry collection that bears witness to war, exile, love, and ecological collapse, translating contemporary Iranian experience into a global lyric of survival. In Melodies for Enduring the World, Mohsen Hosseinkhani's stark poems map the emotional topography of displacement, violence, and intimacy in a world shaped by borders and rupture. A major contribution to world literature in translation, Melodies for Enduring the World offers a bilingual poetic archive of grief and desire, situating Iranian lyric tradition within urgent conversations about migration, militarism, and human endurance.
