OverviewAdolf Hitler's statement of the political philosophy and principles of organisation of National Socialism or Nazism. Hitler personally typed 'Mein Kampf' in Landsberg prison rather than dictating to Rudolph Hess as previously believed, and even drafted parts of Volume 2 in pencil. This release includes both Volumes 1 and 2. The preface includes a commentary on the tense relationship between the Catholic Church and the German government under Adolf Hitler. Also included is an excerpt from the Hidden Encyclical of Pope Pius XI condemning racism and anti-Semitism although Pius XI died before it could be released as an official Papal Encyclical. The translation is by Dr James Murphy an Irish journalist. Murphy translated Mein Kampf on request of the German government under the National Socialist Party in 1936 and 1937. The book has generous-sized font and is printed on quality paper that will last.
