Author Information

Dilip K. Das is Professor of Sociology and Criminal Justice at SUNY - Plattsburgh. He is the editor-in-chief of Police Practice and Research: An International Journal and founder and president of the International Police Executive Symposium. He has edited, authored, and co-authored a number of works on policing, including International Police Cooperation: A World Perspective (with Daniel J. Koenig, 2001). Peter Kratcoski is Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at Kent State University.
