Author Information

"Known for her series of jazz art and colorful DizzyCats, DC Langer has a passion for dynamic color. DC loves to see the world in a wacky way. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she was, and still is, greatly influenced by her artist mother. DC attended The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and has shown her art all over the world. She has also lived in coloful Miami Beach, FL, and now lives in San Diego, CA. DC embraces the unusual. Art critics always mention DC's unusually enhanced color perception. Her keen color perception- and the fact that she is able to instinctively associate such mundane things such as numbers and names with colors (""A"" is coblat blue and ""6"" is bright red)- is called ""synthaesthesia"", which is an innate fusion of the senses-- something that is shared with only one in 250,000 people. See her fine art on her official website: DCLanger.com Follow her on Facebook: Facebook.com/DCLangerArt"
