Officer Keith Jowers is a long-standing child advocate. As part of his police career the highlight was serving 18 years as a School Resource Officer and 'Officer Friendly'. Keith is also a Dad Coach, mentor, public speaker, and author. He feels reading together creates a connection between parents and child. Officer Keith developed an Organization called Dads 4 Life, Inc. that focusing on helping Dads .. but also all parents to make certain they make a connection with their children.
