One is I have ordered other cookbooks from this author (Sam Kuma) and really enjoyed them. I am also an experimenting Vegan (working on it) been vegetarian for over 3 years now and wanted to add to my Vegan recipe collection. The last reason I wanted to try this book is because I love mediterranean food. This recipe E-book Mediterranean Diet for Vegans did not fail me. I have tried several recipes and loved them all. The e-book contains homemade pastes, sauces, dips, breakfast dishes, salads, soups, appetizers, main courses and the must have items (deserts). The recipes all contain fresh ingredients and are healthy. The ones I made were delicious and fairly easy to make. Making healthy food with fresh ingredients takes a little prep time, but that is normal anytime you are trying to eat healthy. The recipe I made on my video and pictures was the Mediterranean Bean soup. It was amazing! I can't wait to try all the recipes. I highly recommend this book and any cookbook by Sam Kuma. He has a great mixture of recipes in all of his books. I have always wanted to incorporate vegan meals but just didn't know where to start. I love this book because it offers over 100 pages full of healthy Mediterranean recipes which is one of my favorite types of foods. The recipes are very detailed, but don't seem difficult to make.
