Mechanism of Action: A Guide for Self-Reflection and Development

Overview

This guide includes snapshots from the author's first novel, a memoir, Mechanism of Action: Tales from Retail Pharmacy, Race Matters, and Resilience. Dr. Angie LaShaye draws on past experiences from behind the pharmacy counter and college years to reflect on the life lessons learned while working within the profession, the impact of playing a role in healthcare, and the obstacles faced while doing so. Whatever your profession, the questions provided intermittently are intended to: help you think about whether or not you are satisfied with what you have accomplished professionally and personally, set goals, help determine whether or not you are on the right track to achieving your goals, and help consider if you are reaching your full potential by defining your purpose.
