OverviewSave time, save money and eat healthily with this weekly meal planner and 30-minute recipes. My Doctor said I had high cholesterol and I had to watch what I eat. My wife has health issues as well and we apparently cannot agree on what to eat - healthy or otherwise. I say all this because our trips to the supermarket were always a dragged out battle of what to buy, how I hate to spend too much time at the store and how much we spend. Then my oldest daughter showed us, her parents, how to use a meal planner in order to save time, money and grief. I personally fell in love with the idea but since I write horribly and in large print, regular planners did not work well for me.
