Sarah specialises in restructuring and insolvency matters and has worked on both international and domestic restructurings. Dr Rafal Zakrzewski is a practising solicitor and Counsel at Clifford Chance, specialising in corporate finance with an emphasis on debt. Rafal was a University Lecturer in Corporate Law and Transactions at the University of Cambridge, where he established a graduate course on corporate transactions, and has taught at St Hugh's College at the University of Oxford.
