Ronald R. Spadafora is a Deputy Assistant (2-Star) Chief and the Chief of Logistics for the New York City Fire Department. He was the FDNY Chief Safety Officer during the entire Recovery Operation at Ground Zero and was Deputy Incident Commander for the FDNY Incident Management Team (IMT) directing rescue and recovery in New Orleans in the aftermath and during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
