OverviewWhen Mayor Gibberty Jib decides he's ""too poofy for politics"" and retires, the sky-town of McZee quickly begins to unravel. Without Jib's strange rules and misty wisdom-like ""Pigeons get pie on alternate moons"" or ""All burps before breakfast must rhyme""-things go from silly to seriously broken. A new leadership group, the Council of Possibly Maybe, takes over and smothers McZee with seriousness. Trampolines are banned. Confetti is regulated. Even thunderclouds must apply for joy permits. Boozle tries to run for mayor (badly), and the town loses its bounce-literally. Meanwhile, Jib is living his best retired life in a jelly cave with a goat named Ambassador Mope. But when Boozle and Bork show up with tearful sky-reports and a scroll of forgotten laws, he remembers who he really is. Returning in a swirl of chaos and charm, Jib defeats a final Anti-Order uprising, rewrites the town's rhythm, and learns that real leadership isn't about control-it's about making space for others to be fully, joyfully themselves. In the end, McZee doesn't just get its mayor back-it gets its heartbeat back.
