Overview

Maylee is a kitten who is a little different than most of her kitten friends. She was born in an abandon junkyard and is living with the teasing and name calling. She was born with a big sky blue nose! Her Mother tells her that she is special and beautiful and to be proud of who she is. She takes her mother's advice and realizes that she is beautiful and she loves who she is. She eventually leaves the junkyard to find a new home and someone to love her. She finds a small boy named Jeremy and he loves her unconditionally. Jeremy and his parents love her big blue nose! She finds happiness with this family.

Writing books for children's enjoyment makes me the most happy. I want children to read my books and maybe associate with one of the characters. These are fun books with pictures. I started doing my own illustrations because I want the kids to associate with them. I try to draw them as a small child of about 5 or 6 might draw. Yes, I suppose these are better than most 5 or 6 year old child can draw but maybe its close? Any way my grandchildren say they are good and that is the true test. I live in Las Vegas, NV with my husband Jerry. I own a sign company and somehow manage to keep everything going. My books come late at night when I won't be interrupted.
