Author Information

Mina Mauerstein Bail, mother, grandmother and sociologist was born in Italy and grew up in the United States. She has traveled extensively, and lived and worked in many countries around the world. She lives with her husband and her family in New York City. This is her fifth children's book. Michael Swaim, a cartoonist and illustrator, has illustrated over thirty-five children's books, as well as medical books and magazine articles. He is also a published editorial cartoonist and comic strip artist. He currently resides in Houston with his wife, two pugs and a Chihuahua.
