Author Information

Kristy Nita Brown is a children's author with a passion for storytelling and education. Her debut, Looking for Lily, was shortlisted for the 2023 WAYRBA and placed second in the 2022 CYA Competition. Her second book, Mavey and Beth's Double Act, was featured at CBCA's A Night With Our Stars and Scribblers Festival. A Creativity for Schools grant recipient, Kristy delivers the Book Builders Challenge in Western Australian primary schools. She holds degrees in Education and Media, and brings experience in teaching, TV production, and the music industry. Kristy is also a creative with FORM, an educator at The Literature Centre, and a contributor to Magpies Magazine. Sarah Bacaller is a writer, philosopher, and performer from outer Melbourne/Naarm, Australia. She runs Thrive Audio and has narrated over eighty commercial audiobooks.
