Overview

MathType is an intelligent equation editor that allows the build up of complex equations using simple point-and-click techniques ready for insert into documents. MathType applications, presentation program and Web authoring software include typeset-quality equations in technical papers, books, slides and WWW pages. The equations editor in Microsoft Word and many other products is a junior version of MathType. This upgrade from the junior version gets all the powerful features as: micro bar, quick access bars; ruler and formatting controls; creating WWW documents; and TeX output. Whether it is writing a research paper, thesis or technical report, designing a brochure, preparing a slide presentation, constructing graphs, making tests, worksheets or homework, MathType is a useful tool to help present work.
