Vincent Kelly, BEng (Civil), is a practicing Senior Civil Engineer with over 15 years engineering experience. Mathematics for Technicians was originally written by Blair Alldis BA, BSc (Sydney), Senior Head Teacher of Mathematics at Randwick College of TAFE.
